The Blanc Firm, LLC, established 2019, is the incarnation of the shared dream of father and son duo David M. Blanc and Nick R. Blanc. Both natives of Pendleton, each made their way back home to begin their legal careers. David's foray into the law began at the time of Nick's birth, giving him a lifetime of legal experience in Nick's eyes.
Both graduates of Whitman College, David and Nick's journeys have diverged throughout the years, taking them up and down the West Coast to finally converge at The Blanc Firm, LLC. David's practice has evolved to encompass representation of a wide array of businesses, entities, and municipalities throughout Oregon. He also counsels individuals in a range of legal issues. Beginning mostly with criminal law, Nick's practice has developed to include transactional work, civil litigation, landlord/tenant law, and business consulting.

Our Team
David M. Blanc, Partner
David graduated from Gonzaga School of Law (go Bulldogs!) in 1985. He returned to Pendleton where he was hired as an associate attorney at Corey, Byler, & Rew, LLP. David has been an active member in his community having served as the President of the Chamber of Commerce and a Happy Canyon Director. David is licensed to practice law in Oregon and Washington.
Nick R. Blanc, Partner
Nick graduated from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2014. During that time Nick interned for a private criminal defense lawyer as well as the San Diego County Office of the Public Defender. While awaiting results for the California bar exam, Nick was hired by Corey, Byler, & Rew, LLP as an associate attorney. Nick represents clients in Oregon as well as the Umatilla Tribal Court. Nick is licensed to practice law in Oregon and California.
